UpDown uses your email to ensure that each student only votes once.

On UpDown, everything you do is kept anonymous. All that UpDown needs from you is your honest opinions about our school. Your name will not be tied to your votes, nor the opinions that you submit.

That said, everything on UpDown is moderated to ensure that opinions don't get out of hand. The privacy policy is contingent on your following LHS's Code of Conduct which outlaws bullying, cyberbullying, and hate speech. Not-safe-for-work content is also not allowed. Anything that directly violates school rules will be reported. UpDown was created for you to share constructive feedback about the school, not to complain about a particular teacher or how much you hate school.
